*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Lead residential HVAC system replacements from start to finish
* Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and IAQ equipment
* Perform service and diagnostic work when needed
* Participate in new construction HVAC installations
* Ensure work meets company quality standards and local code requirements
* Work with apprentices and help develop the next generation of technicians
* Maintain clean, professional job sites and organized installations
