The WorkOur Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a candidate to support architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems.In your role as a Sensor Systems Architect, you will:• Perform concept of operations design, radar behavior definition, and associated requirements development to drive radar capability implementation across radar subsystems.• Successfully collaborate with subsystem teams to define clear, executable, and testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria• Conduct trade studies and analyze the radar system level performance impacts to support and evaluate design decisions• Develop and present detailed design documentation• Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters.• Apply strong analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environmentNote:• This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.<
