- Schedule: On Call
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- Types of Cases: Endoscopy
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
- Certifications Required: Board Certified, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
- Licensure Required: Licensed in Wisconsin or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact states (IMLC)
