*The Role:*
* Teach and support learners aged 16+ in Construction up to Level 3
* Share your real-world experience and practical knowledge in a hands-on environment
* Guide a diverse group of students, including those with SEND and EHCPs
* Foster confidence, skills, and career progression in every learner
* Working with apprentices, Adult learners and school leavers
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Qualified at a minimum of level 2 in any construction area such as Bricklaying, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering, Plumbing or Electrical
* Solid trade experience and a desire to teach, train, or assess
* Experience teaching Level 2 construction
* Experience working with or supporting SEND learners (ADHD, ODD, ADD, Autism, etc.)
* Commitment to inclusive and accessible education
* Qualified Lecturer or QTLS
