Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm (flexible working hours to meet business needs) Weekends maybe included
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: (Permanent / Part-time – amend as required)
All Care is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role is ideal for someone looking for part-time hours with flexibility, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Providing general administrative support to the office team
- Managing emails and handling correspondence professionally
- Using spreadsheets to input, update, and maintain accurate data
- Supporting scheduling, records, and document management
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Previous office administration experience
- Confident use of email and spreadsheet software (e.g. Outlook, Excel)
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
- Experience using Access/ATS systems (training can be provided)
- Flexible working hours to suit the needs of the business
- Occasional weekend work may be required by mutual agreement
- Friendly and supportive working environment
