Compensation: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour (Based on experience and knowledge)
Summit Service Solutions is seeking a high-caliber Industrial Electrical Foreman to join our team. We are building teams to tackle the region's most complex technical challenges. We are looking for a professional who views their trade as a career and is ready to represent Summit’s high standard of excellence on-site. This is a position for a leader who values long-term stability and professional growth.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Leadership: Manage daily operations on industrial and manufacturing sites, ensuring the crew hits project milestones accurately and safely.
Understanding of Industrial Materials: Lead and oversee high-level installations. Expert-level understanding of bending, cutting, and threading of rigid conduit is a strict requirement.
Team Coordination: Supervise and mentor all team members to utilize proper wiring methods and NEC standards.
Technical Authority: Expertly interpret electrical blueprints, control drawings, and P&IDs. Oversee installation of motor controls, PLC troubleshooting, and heavy distribution apparatus.
Client Liaison: Act as the professional point of contact for Project Managers and General Contractors, reinforcing Summit’s reputation for reliability and partnership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in the electrical trade, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Foreman capacity within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Must be proficient with hydraulic/triple-nickel benders and threading equipment for rigid applications.
Licensing: Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
The Merit-Shop Standard: A commitment to a professional, non-union environment where performance and skill drive advancement.
Logistics: Valid Driver’s License and/or DOT medical card. Must be willing to travel within the Clinton, Northumberland, Lycoming, & Centre County regions.

Pay Range: $28 – $34.00 / hour.
