, you will become the technical conscience and trusted advisor for customers, shaping modern
marketing, sales, service, and field service processes

Tasks

You will take a leading role in the
design, consulting, and delivery
of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Defining and designing the
  functional and technical architecture
  of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for customers.
• Acting as a trusted advisor for a defined customer portfolio, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
• Preparing
  functional design documents
  and statements of work for cost estimation.
• Leading
  customer workshops
  to capture requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Leveraging your expertise to align Dynamics 365 CE with best practices in
  marketing, sales, service, and field service
  processes.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and supporting agile delivery models.

Requirements

You are a fit for this role if you bring:

• Several years of professional experience as a
  Senior Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  (and predecessor versions).
• Deep knowledge of
  marketing, sales, service, and field service processes
  .
• Strong background in
  consulting business solutions
  and anticipating customer needs.
• Education in
  business IT, software engineering, or a related field
  .
• Familiarity with
  agile/Scrum methodologies
  and tools such as
  DevOps/JIRA
  .
• Business fluent in
  English and German
  (written & spoken).
• A strong sense of
  quality, customer focus, and entrepreneurial thinking
  .
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
