About the Role We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives eager to learn, grow, and succeed through full training in a 100% remote environment and industry‑best compensation.
What You'll do Conduct virtual consultations with clients using our proven appointment system (no cold calling or outbound calls/messaging). Educate clients on their retirement outlook and recommend tailored retirement and life insurance solutions. Present products confidently in a 100% remote environment. Build and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships. Get licensed (we’ll support you every step of the way).
What You'll Bring Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance. Excellent communication and people skills. Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset. Ability to learn quickly and take initiative. Willingness to get licensed (we help with this!).
