QA/QC Manager (m/f/d)

• Identify and analyze customer-specific requirements, and recommend process improvement strategies across all projects.
• Develop and standardize QA program for projects according internal and customer requirements.
• Identifying process improvements that will increase quality with projects, and provide process improvement ideas to the Regional Quality Management Department.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate all quality-related functions within the project.
• Gather and organize statistical quality data across all projects.

• Degree in Engineering, Commercial, or Natural Sciences or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles within large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience in data centers, high-tech, or comparable complex construction environments.
• Professional certification in Quality Management (e.g. Quality Engineer), additional qualifications such as Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, or Quality Process Analyst is preferred.
• Practical Experience with databases for construction execution (e.g. BIM, EIDA, or comparable systems).
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Germany as required by the project assignments.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ability to drive topics to completion with a clear focus, ensuring that issues are fully clarified and resolved.
