Join Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE) as a Performance Controller (f/m/d) and report directly to the Senior Director Financial Performance Management NPE Division

Your responsibilities/tasks:

  • Preparation of monthly management reporting (incl. comparison of target and actual performance) and support of the planning process

  • Extraction, validation, preparation and analysis of large data volumes from various data sources

  • User-friendly visualization of results for decision-makers in presentations

  • Ad hoc-requests and special analyses

  • Conceptional development and optimization of processes and tools


  • Successfully graduated academic degree in Economics, ideally with focus on finance or controlling

  • Relevant experience of couple of years in a comparable position preferable

  • Competent handling of S4/HANA GR, SAC, SAP Analysis, as well as MS Office, predominantly Excel und PPT incl. Thinkcell

  • Excellent analytic and conceptual ability to think, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making

  • High affinity in numbers and IT

  • Independent, structured and proactive way of working

  • Team player with excellent communication skills, fostering productive interactions in a dynamic work environment

  • Excellent proficiency in both English and German, ensuring effective communication in an international setting
