*Position Summary: *The junior project manager will assist the software development team, specifically the supervising project manager on software development project plans. This includes defining project requirements with the business, creating project and software documentation, software testing, and review/analysis of software release effectiveness.
*Duties/Responsibilities:*
1. Operate in an Agile environment, keeping work organized within sprints.
2. Reviewing project requests in JIRA to outline requirements, constraints, goals, and dependencies.
3. Stay in communication with the software development team and with the business on active projects.
4. Conduct testing on software.
5. Learning the Mueller software systems extensively.
6. Maintain documentation.
7. Identify, account for, and help predict software updates impacting users or other systems.
8. Contribute to improvement of processes within Information Technology and within the business.
9. Becoming a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on some project topics.
10. Other duties as assigned.
*Knowledge/Experience/Skills:*
1. Process development and documentation.
2. Experience with modern mobile technology.
3. Experience with Excel.
4. Understanding of UX Design
5. Familiarity with SDLC (software development life cycle).
6. Familiarity with Agile development methodology
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
8. Excellent organizational skills.
9. Problem Solving.
10. Ability to work both independently and within a team.
11. Requirements analysis.
12. Software user interface design.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
