Key Responsibilities
:

• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test plans for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the software meets high-quality standards.
• Work closely with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve software defects.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test documentation.
• Report and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Perform exploratory testing and identify areas for product improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous product quality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, testing tools, and methodologies to ensure efficient testing processes.
• Assist with the development of automation frameworks and improve test coverage.

Requirements
:

• Proven experience as a
  Quality Assurance Engineer
  or in a similar QA role.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design, and testing lifecycle.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestComplete) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with manual testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla) and version control systems (Git).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in
  English
  (both written and verbal). Proficiency in
  German
  or
  French
  is a plus.
• Must
  reside in Switzerland
  and have the legal right to work there (
  Swiss/EU passport or valid permit
  ).
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive attitude and focus on delivering high-quality results.
