Job Title: QA Validation Specialist Location: Rensselaer, NY (Onsite) Job Summary: The QA Validation Specialist will support facilities compliance and quality assurance activities by reviewing technical documentation, validating data, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and review technical documentation for QA compliance * Analyze vendor data, verify calculations, and ensure report accuracy * Support cleanroom and certification-related validation activities * Collaborate with Facilities Compliance and QA teams * Address and defend technical adjustments during QA review * Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and documentation standards
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in QA/validation or technical documentation * Experience in regulated environments (biotech, cleanroom, healthcare) * Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel * Ability to read and interpret technical documents * Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred:
* Experience with BMRAM or BDMS systems * Familiarity with cleanroom certifications and HEPA systems * Knowledge of GMP/GDP documentation practices
