We are seeking a Regional Administrator to oversee multiple skilled nursing facilities. This role serves as a key operational leader responsible for driving performance, supporting facility leadership, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining strict confidentiality on sensitive organizational matters.

This position requires extensive travel and overnight stays near the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct oversight and operational support to assigned facilities.

  • Partner with Administrators, DONs, and department heads to drive census, quality, and financial performance

  • Monitor and improve regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and audit outcomes

  • Act as a confidential liaison between executive leadership and facility teams

  • Identify underperforming areas and implement rapid performance improvement plans

  • Support interim leadership coverage when needed (Administrator or key department roles)

  • Analyze KPIs including census, staffing, labor costs, and clinical outcomes

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development of facility administrators

  • Lead or support special projects, transitions, and acquisitions as assigned

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personnel, financials, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in New York

  • Deep understanding of DOH regulations, survey process, and compliance standards

  • Proven track record of improving census, quality measures, and financial performance

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management skills

  • Ability to operate with a high level of discretion and professionalism

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
