Come join our dynamic team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapist, as well as Special Educators, Infant Mental Health Specialists, and Family Resource Coordinators! Physical Therapists are responsible for providing physical therapy services for infants and toddlers who have developmental disabilities and their families. This individual will complete assessments, write reports, and meet with parents and service providers to develop and implement an Individualized Family Services Plan (IFSP) for each child and family served. This person will also coordinate with other community therapists, medical providers, Family Resource Coordinators, case managers, etc. We seek applications from candidates who reflect the diversity of our community. Minimum Requirements: Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred, Washington State Physical Therapy License Required. Experience with infants and toddlers who have developmental delays/disabilities and their families. Ability to participate fully as a productive team member in planning and providing services to children and families. Ability to work cooperatively with staff, parents, volunteers, community members, and support personnel is vital to this position. Must have a valid Washington State driver's license, auto insurance and automobile for on-the-job use.
Medical and dental benefits are available for those working 30 hours per week or more after a 90-day introductory period. Pay: $107,887.00 - $163,156.00 per year
