Job Responsibilities
- 在应收账款领域执行各类财务与会计运营活动 / Perform various financial and accounting operational activities in the Accounts Receivable field.
- 对个人工作成果及其对团队及关联业务的影响负责 / Be accountable for individual work results and their impact on the team as well as interrelated business activities.
- 按标准操作流程处理银行进款以及清账工作 / Process bank receipts and account clearing in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- 编制月度/季度/年度账款交易对账及相关报告 / Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual account reconciliations and related reports.
- 根据KPI要求准确及时完成所有工作 / Complete all work accurately and timely in accordance with the KPI requirements.
- 文件处理过程中确保其完整性及保密性，符合既定政策流程 / Ensure the completeness and confidentiality of documents during the processing, in line with established policies and procedures.
- 高效与内部及外部共享服务中心对接方沟通 / Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external partners.
- 通过预设渠道协同团队处理工作咨询，解决问题/争议 / Handle work related enquiries with team to resolve problems/disputes via pre-defined channel.
- 参与持续流程改进项目 / Participation in continuous process improvement projects.
- 及时向管理团队上报问题，推动故障排除的即时响应 / Timely issue escalation to management team for immediate action taken on troubleshooting.
- 按要求定期维护并审查个人工作数据及KPI指标 / Maintain and review the individual working data periodically upon request KPI’s measurements.
- 与团队协作更新流程图及标准操作规程的文档 / Update process documentation for process maps and standard operational procedure with team.
- 本科 / 硕士在读，财务、会计、金融、经济等相关专业 / Undergraduate/Graduate student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related.
- 英语 CET-6 及以上，读写流利，能看懂英文系统、单据与邮件 / CET-6 or above, fluent in written English; able to read English systems, documents and emails.
- 熟练 Excel（VLOOKUP / 数据透视表 / 函数）, Office；有 SAP/Oracle 经验优先 / Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot/functions), MS Office; experience with SAP/Oracle a plus.
- 具备出色的沟通能力、积极的工作态度和主动解决问题的心态 / Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
