Clinical Manager - Sterile Processing, Northside

Overview: Responsible for overseeing and managing the sterile processing areas supporting perioperative services and coordinating the reprocessing of and delivery of items to other areas within the health care organization. Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing and managing the sterile processing areas supporting perioperative services and coordinating the reprocessing of and delivery of items to other areas within the health care organization. Qualifications: Education

• Associates Degree or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school Required or
• In Lieu of degree 2 years of work experience in addition to the work requirement listed below. Required
• Bachelors Degree Preferred

• 5 years of relevant experience which must include tow (2) years of leadership experience Required or
• In lieu of degree seven (7) years of experience working as a Sterile Processing or Surgical Tech, 2 of which working in a leadership capacity will be considered Required
• Experience with process flow, plant/manufacturing operations, assembly line, and/or sterile processing department Preferred

• Central Service Processing Certification Preferred
• Certified Operating Room Technician Certification in Sterile Processing Management Preferred
