*Maintenance + Technical Duties*
* Completes maintenance work orders – as assigned
* Performs necessary maintenance relating to both the exterior and interiors of all buildings
* Maintains inventory of equipment, tools, supplies, and work materials
* Maintains a working knowledge of all utility sources and supply line
* General maintenance experience includes painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, mowing, plowing, etc.
* Performs all phases of snow removal from all needed areas and maintains all appropriate equipment
* Paints, cleans, completes maintenance items, and all other items required for the completion of the unit under renovation
* Cleans all common areas and is responsible for trash removal if EVS needs covering.
*Planning + Oversight + Communication*
* Assesses and prioritizes all work to be performed
* Completes daily work schedules for routine maintenance duties
* Notifies Maintenance Supervisor and Safety Supervisor of all problems and potential issues of concern
* Ensures quality of work duties performed
* Handles emergencies that may arise, and communicates all details of the incident to the Maintenance Supervisor.
* Special projects and other responsibilities may be determined
*Interpersonal + Safety Responsibilities*
* Will be available for on-call as necessary
* Maintains a professional and courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees
* Actively participates and follows the safety and health programs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
