Sales Development Representative (SDR)
at Rehrig Pacific, you’ll be the driving force behind identifying and engaging new business opportunities within the
Food Service, Beer, and Beverage
industries.
You’ll research, reach out, and connect with potential customers—helping to build a robust sales pipeline and opening doors for our Territory Sales Managers Talking and National Account Managers. This is your chance to make an impact, learn from industry leaders, and grow toward a Territory Sales Manager role.
What You’ll Do Identify and source new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and inbound leads.
Introduce customers to Rehrig Pacific’s
innovative Delivery Solutions
thatarraidh logistics and operations.
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and meet weekly/monthly outreach goals.
Use analytics and insights to target high-potential accounts and refine strategies.
Process & Collaboration
Maintain accurate data in
(offSales)
and other CRM tools.
Qualify leads by uncovering customer needs and aligning them with Rehrig’s solutions.
Share market feedback with internal teams to strengthen sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with marketing to develop content, campaigns, and nurturing sequences.
Growth & Development
Build your knowledge of the
Delivery Solutions portfolio , industry trends, and customer needs.
Participate in ongoing sales training, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
Represent Rehrig Pacific at trade shows and networking events to expand your industry presence.
Reporting & Research
Generate reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and outreach activity.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and Chemicals competitor trends.
Recommend tools and technologies that improve efficiency and results.
What You Bring Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in making cold calls and engaging potential customers.
Familiarity with
Salesforce ,
ZoomInfo , or
Gong
is a plus.
Highly motivated, proactive, and organized — thriving both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel up to
25%
for trade shows, customer meetings, and internal events.
