Global Process Engineer Machining (m/f/d)

• Support & optimization: You will provide support and assistance worldwide—even for short-term and urgent requirements—in the qualification and optimization of mechanical processing processes and machines with the aim of achieving sustainable technical and commercial efficiency gains.
• Improvement & manufacturing cost optimization: You are responsible for the continuous improvement of mechanical machining processes and the resulting optimization of manufacturing costs in your own department and beyond.
• Development & rollout: You develop and implement innovative machining concepts and methods, consistently taking into account the current state of the art and defined benchmarks, and roll them out worldwide.
• Performance evaluation: You independently evaluate the performance of applications that have already been implemented using suitable analysis and evaluation methods and derive targeted optimization measures from this.
• Interface communication: You ensure targeted, transparent, and audience-appropriate communication with all relevant internal and external interfaces.
• Documentation & standardization: In addition, you create and maintain all necessary documentation, work and action instructions, and training materials to ensure a sustainable, efficient, and standardized workflow.

• You have completed training as a master craftsman, technician, or have a comparable technical qualification; equivalent skills are also accepted.
• You have several years of extensive professional experience in mechanical processing or machining with defined cutting edges.
• You have in-depth knowledge of NC/CNC programming, especially with control systems such as Siemens and Fanuc.
• You also have comprehensive technological expertise in the field of machining with defined cutting edges.
• You are characterized by a continuous willingness to learn and a strong desire for personal and technical improvement.
• A very high willingness to travel at short notice (over 80%) is a given.
• Your high quality awareness is reflected in your careful and reliable way of working.
• Teamwork and confident communication in an international environment are a matter of course for you.
• Fluent English skills
