* Drive *multiple AI/tech programs* from idea to production
* Partner with stakeholders to *shape problem statements, define scope, and prioritize roadmaps*
* Lead a globally distributed team (US + India) including *engineering, UI, and Agile teams*
* Ensure smooth execution using *Agile frameworks* and strong delivery governance
* Act as the *single point of accountability* for timelines, quality, and outcomes
* Manage risks, unblock teams, and keep leadership aligned
* Build strong collaboration across time zones
What Makes You a Fit
* 8+ years in *Program Management / Delivery / Technical Product roles*
* Experience delivering *AI/ML or data-driven products*
* Strong exposure to *onshore–offshore delivery models*
* Proven ability to manage *20+ member teams*
* Solid understanding of *Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle*
* Excellent at *stakeholder management and communication*
* Comfortable working across *US and India time zones*
Must-Haves
* Valid *US work authorization (visa required)*
* Willingness to work *onsite in California*
* Experience handling *cross-functional technical teams*
Nice to Have
* Exposure to *AI platforms, LLMs, or data engineering workflows*
Experience in *scaling products or platforms*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,534.38 - $115,052.16 per year
