Business Analyst-Senior

3 days a week onsite in Phoenix or DFW. He really needs someone who is able to bridge technology and business and who has excellent communication and documentation skills. Can work independently. When preparing questions they want someone who is efficient with the time they get with business users and developers, he doesn't just want a typist but someone who can introduce their own thoughts about how to structure data, design, and how things fit together. They are working on a .net and angular application (greenfield).
