Find your calling at Mercy!This position is responsible for supporting activities in Sterile Processing for their Facility/Facilities, Community and our Ministry as well as actively participating in the setting key Sterile Processing Initiatives. The expectation is that this position collaborates with Sterile Processing Coworkers, Sterile Processing Leaders as well as other Ministry Leaders and Coworkers to deliver the most efficient Sterile Processing Services through analysis of data, financial planning, communication and standardization of process/policy.
Assures the delivery of high quality, safe and cost efficient Sterile Processing Services by competent Sterile Processing Coworkers. Ensures efficient utilization of available resources and meets productivity, financial and customer satisfaction goals. Works collaboratively and effectively with other Ministry personnel, Physicians and Coworkers from other areas throughout the Ministry to enhance communication, share pertinent data and improve processes across the continuum. Performs related duties as assigned.Position Details:

Education: Bachelors Degree Required
Experience: At least 5 years of progressive management experience in Sterile Processing Required.
Certification/Registration: CRCST or CSPDT
Other Skills & Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the Sterile Processing environment
Certification/Registration Preferred: CHL or CSPM
