Referrals Officer

Location: Office-based - Sheffield

Salary: £23,535.26 per annum

Contract: Full time, permanent

As a Referrals Officer , you will be the vital link between local authorities, foster families, and social workers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing referrals from local authorities
• Using key information and matching criteria to ensure placements meet children's needs
• Finding creative solutions to foster placement requests
• Building positive relationships through effective communication

We seek a passionate individual with:

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
• A background in children's services (preferred but not essential)
• A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children and families
