Were looking for a Copy Writer and Content Manager to lead the delivery of clear, consistent, and customer-first communications that build trust and make complex information easy to understand. This is a pivotal role, responsible for the quality and governance of all customer-facing content, from letters, SMS and guidance to shape tone of voice, uphold editorial standards, and ensure everything we produce reflects our brand and regulatory commitments. Working closely with teams across Customer, Digital, Legal, and Regulation, youll turn complex information into plain English throughout customer journeys, making sure all communications are accurate, accessible, and effective. What youll be doing: Owning customer communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance
Establishing editorial processes and quality standards
Using insight and feedback to continuously improve content
Acting as a trusted advisor on customer communication across the business
