The Corporate Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for J-U-B. This role partners with J-U-B Leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, post jobs, and coordinate interviews. The Corporate Recruiter leads a positive candidate experience, maintains accurate recruitment records, and supports the organization in achieving hiring goals efficiently and effectively.
Role Scope & Accountability:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition approvals, job descriptions, candidate management, and hiring manager communication.
- Represent and promote J-U-B’s employer brand to prospective candidates, effectively communicating the company’s culture, values, career opportunities, and employee experience to attract top talent.
- Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, providing clear communication, expectation setting, and accountability throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, qualified candidate pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a positive, transparent, and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coach hiring managers on effective hiring practices, interview processes, and decision-making to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage the offer process, including preparation, presentation, and negotiation support, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and timely acceptance.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive process improvements.
- Develop relationships with universities, industry groups, and professional networks to support early career and niche hiring.
- Partner with the HR team to provide smooth handoff from offer acceptance through onboarding.
