Community Nursing Services (CNS) is seeking a compassionate *Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)* to join our *Moab *team! If you have a passion for providing hands-on care and want to enjoy the flexibility that *Home Health and Hospice* offers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

*Compensation & Benefits*
* Hourly, non-exempt position with competitive pay.
* *Starting at $18 an hour, with higher pay offered based on experience, education and certification(s)*

*Responsibilities:*
* Work as part of a *multi-disciplinary care team* to provide high-quality patient support
* Assist with *personal care needs*, including *bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance*
* Provide *safe patient transfers* (bed to chair, chair to toilet, etc.), ensuring proper body mechanics and safety precautions
* Support *activities of daily living (ADLs)* to enhance patient comfort and independence
* Offer *respite care and emotional support* for patients and families
* Assist with *light housekeeping tasks* related to patient care
* Encourage and assist with prescribed *exercise routines* and simple treatments
*Requirements:*
* *Must be 18 years or older*
* *Current CNA license* in the state of Utah
* *Physically able to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely*
* Previous *experience in a caregiving role is preferred*
* *Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation*
