*About the Role*
Eureka Solutions is looking for a skilled and customer-focused *Sage 200 Implementation Consultant* to join our Sage & Besyncly division. This is a key delivery role responsible for leading successful end-to-end Sage 200 implementations for both new and existing customers.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business processes, design tailored ERP solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations that drive real operational value. From project initiation through to go-live and beyond, you’ll ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to a best-in-class standard.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Lead full lifecycle Sage 200 implementation projects, from discovery through to go-live
* Analyse client requirements and configure Sage 200 modules (Financials, Commercials, Project Accounting, BOM, CRM)
* Produce business requirements and technical documentation
* Collaborate with development teams to scope bespoke solutions where required
* Manage data migration, system testing, and go-live activities
* Deliver engaging user training sessions and create supporting materials
* Provide post-implementation support, optimisation, and consultancy
* Build strong, long-term client relationships to maximise satisfaction and retention
* Support pre-sales activities including scoping and demonstrations
* Assist with testing Eureka add-ons and bespoke solutions
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
* Attend monthly team meetings at our East Kilbride head office
*What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience*
* Proven experience implementing and supporting *Sage 200*, particularly Financials and Commercials
* Strong understanding of business processes and ERP system configuration
* Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
* Technical skills in *Microsoft SQL* and *Excel reporting*
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator with a consultative, customer-first approach
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
*Desirable*
* Experience with other ERP systems
* Knowledge of Sage CRM
* Sage 200 certification/accreditation
* Experience working with a Sage Business Partner
* Familiarity with third-party add-ons (e.g., Draycir, Sicon, CIM200)
* Knowledge of Eureka Solutions’ add-ons and Besyncly
*Performance Expectations*
* Deliver a minimum of *16 chargeable days per month*
* Maintain high levels of *customer satisfaction*
* Keep certifications and technical knowledge up to date
* Develop expertise in Eureka Solutions add-ons and Besyncly
