*Responsibilities:*
* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established guidelines and care plans
* Supervise and support certified nurse aides to ensure quality resident care
* Administer prescribed medications and treatments, maintaining accurate drug records and inventories
* Recognize and respond to changes in residents’ conditions, using sound clinical judgment and timely intervention
* Maintain sterile supplies and ensure treatment carts are properly stocked
* Communicate resident status and concerns to supervisors as needed
* Collaborate with nursing team members to review and update care plans regularly
*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Current LPN license in good standing with the *New Mexico Board of Nursing*
* Strong knowledge of general nursing theory, practices, and medical sciences
* Ability to assess symptoms and apply appropriate nursing interventions
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Must be flexible, dependable, and dedicated to providing high-quality resident care
* Must hold or be willing to obtain *CPR certification* within 3 months of hire
*Job Type:* Full-time, Part-time
*Shift:* Day, Evening, or Night
*Sign On Bonus Details: *Bonus paid in installments: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 90 days, and $1,000 after one year of employment.
