As a Data Analyst, will play a key role in supporting the effective use of data across client engagement and internal product development.
You will work closely with Product, Delivery, and Technology teams to analyse data, support integration activities, and ensure data quality and consistency across systems. Your work will help enable accurate reporting, improved decision-making, standardised ontologies and smooth onboarding of client data into our platform.
This role is suited to someone who is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable working with complex financial and regulatory datasets and ontologies in a fast-paced environment.
*Key Activities*
*Data Analysis & Reporting*
* Analyse data to identify opportunities for spotting insights and improved data structures with the support of AI, where appropiate
* Design and configure dashboards and reports according to client use cases and business needs
* Apply a data and ontology approach to analysis data and system challenges
* Work with Product and Engineering teams to refine data requirements and into models and ontologies
* Support the use of well-defined data for analytics and emerging AI/ML use cases
*Data Quality & Management*
* Validate and reconcile data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Identify data issues and work with internal teams to resolve them
* Support ongoing monitoring of data quality and integrity
* Maintain documentation of data definitions, structures, and transformations
* Contribute to the development of consistent data models and structures
* Partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Client Success teams
* Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams
* Support alignment across teams to ensure scalable data architecture and delivery success
*Data Support Across Delivery*
* Support data-related activities during client onboarding and engagement
* Prepare, structure, and map data for use within our platform
* Work with Delivery to define and document data requirements
* Troubleshoot data issues and investigate discrepancies during and after implementation
*Client & Technical Collaboration*
* Collaborate with client and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements
* Participate in client discussions where needed, providing data-focused support
* Work with internal teams and third parties to support accurate data integration
* Translate business and data requirements into clear documentation (e.g. mapping templates, data definitions)
* Support best practices in data structuring and management
*Implementation & Integration Support*
* Support data and integration workstreams during client implementations
* Assist in defining data mapping, API integration, and transformation requirements
* Work with client and third-party teams to support secure and scalable integrations
* Identify and escalate potential data or integration challenges
* Ensure data is structured to support reporting, analytics, and future use cases
*Technical Capability & Improvement*
* Build strong knowledge of our data models, ontologies, APIs, and platform capabilities
* Support troubleshooting and ensure data accuracy during delivery
* Maintain clear documentation, including workflows and data processes
* Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and integration approaches
* Stay up to date with data best practices and emerging technologies
*Cross-Functional Collaboration*
* Work closely with Product, Delivery, and Client Success teams
* Support communication between client stakeholders and internal teams
* Contribute to team activities, delivery reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

*Skills & Capabilities *
* 3-6 years’ experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (FinTech, SaaS, RegTech, or financial services preferred)
* Strong SQL skills with experience handling complex, structured datasets
* Experience with data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes
* Solid understanding of APIs and system integrations (REST, JSON)
* Proficiency in dashboarding/reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
* Advanced Excel skills for analysing large datasets
* High attention to detail with a focus on data quality and validation
* Ability to analyse data, identify issues, and generate actionable insights
* Strong communication skills, comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working with data governance frameworks or data-driven AI approaches
*Desirable*
* Experience with enterprise systems (e.g. core banking, CRM, workflow tools)
* Knowledge of UK/EU financial data and regulatory environments
* Experience with Python or similar scripting languages
* Exposure to cloud-based data environments
* Familiarity with data models, ontologies, or knowledge graphs
