Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Retail Design Project Leader to spearhead the global design and development of our retail environments. This key role will be responsible for defining and executing the design strategy for our spaces, ensuring each location reflects our brand's heritage, values, and aesthetic while optimizing customer experience and operational efficiency. The Retail Environment Store Design Leader will oversee all aspects of space planning, design execution, and implementation, ensuring alignment with global retail standards, sustainability practices, and emerging retail design trends. The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of branding, excellent project management skills, and the ability to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and customer-centric solutions. In this role, your main tasks will be to : o Define and lead the store design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global standards. Integrate innovative design trends and sustainability practiceso Oversee the creation of concept designs, layout plans, and schematic design packages for new stores, remodels, and renovations, ensuring the highest standards of design and executiono Partner with internal teams (merchandising, operations, marketing) and external vendors (architects, engineers, consultants) to create cohesive, functional, and visually compelling retail environmentso Manage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maintaining high design standardso Ensure all retail environments reflect the company's brand identity, values, and customer experience goals, while tailoring solutions to local markets as neededo Develop and maintain global store design playbooks, guidelines, and standards to ensure design consistency across all regions and marketso Drive innovation in store design with a focus on sustainability, new materials, and technologies that enhance customer experience and operational efficiencyProfileDegree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field7+ years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project managementProven expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, remodels, and new retail environments on a global scaleStrong design portfolio showcasing expertise in retail environmentsProficiency in design tools such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Smartsheet or similar toolsExperience working with sustainability principles and implementing environmentally responsible design solutionsExceptional communication and project management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and manage relationships with external vendors and partnersGood understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practicesDetail-oriented, problem-solver, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesProfessional requirementsCreative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for retail environment designStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirementsCommitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and enhancing brand value through designTakes ownership by acknowledging the power of choice in every situationContinuously innovating to drive exceptional outcomesCommunicates transparently with honesty and kindness, creating a space where others feel encouraged to do the sameFocusing on opportunities for success rather than fearing failureFosters strong, trusting relationships by prioritizing people and meaningful connectionsApproaches work with a sense of fun and positivity, staying groundedLanguagesStrong command of the English and French languagesCompany addressSt-ImierContactRaphaël Spano jideb73b9bje jit0938je jiy25je
