The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents with mobility and functional impairments to restore physical function, relieve pain, and promote overall health.
· *Responsibilities:*
· Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations.
· Develop and execute personalized treatment programs.
· Document treatment and progress per facility and regulatory requirements.
· Collaborate closely with nursing, rehab, and medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
· *Qualifications:*
· Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of CA.
· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
· Current BLS/CPR certification required.
· Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
Pay: $47.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
Work Location: In person
