Your job
- Act as a reference specialist on advanced technical SEO issues, particularly in terms of web performance, data entry, information architecture, structured data and core web vitals, and on platforms such as AEM, CMS, etc.
- Define, recommend and develop technical best practises in SEO and GEO in order to maximise organic visibility and platform discoverability
- Carry out in-depth technical audits, formulate clear recommendations and prioritise actions based on their impact on SEO and strategic activities
- Align web architecture, technical performance and business objectives
- Work closely with the Information Technology, Web, Analytics and Technology Partners teams to deploy and integrate SEO recommendations
- Analyze, explain and communicate SEO performance using clear analysis reports that are geared to decision-making.
Your team The Vice-President - Digital, more than 190 specialists work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes. You are part of a team of more than ten colleagues in the Digital Marketing and Content sector, including 2 senior SEO specialists, and will report to the Senior Manager - Digital. Our team stands out for its expertise in digital performance and continuous optimisation. She works closely with the Marketing, Content, Acquisition and it teams on all National Bank digital properties (institutional sites, products, information content, etc.).

Prerequisites
- In-depth experience in technical SEO and optimising high-volume web platforms for at least 5 years
- Proficiency in the tools and techniques of SEO, digital performance and SEO analytics
- Solid understanding of technical web environments and content management platforms
- Knowledge of agility/scrum.
