As a Physical Therapist in home health care, you’ll design individualized care plans, provide hands-on therapy, and collaborate with a supportive team, all with scheduling flexibility that fits your lifestyle.

Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapy License
Active CPR Certification
Valid driver’s license, insurance & reliable transportation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
