ILS Manager

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to lead the development of supportability solutions for next-gen missile and weapons systems.

• You will be responsible for ensuring the readiness and efficiency of complex systems through the development and execution of ILS strategies, optimising performance, managing costs, and meeting quality objectives.
• You will work alongside multidisciplinary engineering groups to integrate logistics seamlessly into the design and development process.
• Through a strategic approach to cost and risk management, you will deliver sustainable, cost-effective support and ensure smooth customer operations.

• Develop and execute ILS strategies to ensure readiness and efficiency of complex systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering groups to integrate logistics into design and development.
• Manage costs and risks to deliver sustainable, cost-effective support.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and cooperation.

• Strong experience in engineering or related technical disciplines, preferably with a focus on logistics within complex systems.
• In-depth knowledge of military logistics, particularly in the context of weapon systems support.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
