As we move towardsdigitalization, the Fire Application team is also working onlinking our products to cloud-based systems. With its broad expertise in the areas ofdistributed systems, real-time and embedded software, the teamassumes responsibility for implementing the defined goals in manydevelopment projects. Your new responsibilities - You will be working in across-functional, agile team, playing a decisive role in definingthe function and design of software components and assumingresponsibility for them over the course of time - The scope ofresponsibilities ranges from software design to the delivery ofmarket-ready solutions for our customers - You will be responsiblefor implementing security guidelines to ensure that our softwaremeets the highest standards of protection and compliance - Bycontinuously applying and improving test strategies, you willensure that our products meet our strict quality requirements - Youwill be working globally with internal and external colleagues,customers, suppliers, universities and other developmentdepartments - You will assume responsibility for your own work anduse the freedom given to you to achieve the best possible solutions- Our agile working environment makes it possible to respond tochanging market needs with custom-made solutions - By mutualagreement and depending on your interests and skills, there aremany opportunities to take on further responsibilities in the areasof technology, security, architecture and project management Yourtalents and experience - Education : Bachelor's or master's degreein computer science or electrical engineering with an emphasis onsoftware development - Experience and Skills : - Several years ofprofessional experience (3-5 years) in software development -In-depth knowledge of hardware-related software development forembedded systems - Good command of (Embedded) Java, or C++, UML,git, Continous Integration, C#, Dockerized systems and Linux - Apassion for embedded software, with a strong preference forcandidates who have experience in developing and implementing testand security concepts.
