The Role
You’ll take ownership of the design process from pre-construction through to delivery, working closely with commercial, operations, and site teams to ensure everything is coordinated, buildable, and delivered on time.
This isn’t a pure desk role—you’ll be involved, visible, and part of the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the full design process across drylining / SFS packages with externals consultancies
* Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients to resolve design issues early
* Ensure drawings are compliant, buildable, and aligned with programme
* Support pre-construction with design input, value engineering, and sequencing
* Work closely with site teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery
* Identify and manage design risks and clashes
What They’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Design Manager (or Design Coordinator stepping up)
* Background in drylining, interiors, or SFS is essential
* Strong understanding of construction detailing and buildability
* Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
