Performs administrative functions in support of property sales leaders. Your growth path includes opportunities to become a Sales Manager or Front Office Manager, Director of Sales, or General Manager. Your focus includes: Promptly answering telephone calls and communicating relevant account information to managers and departments. Typing and processing correspondence, proposals, and contracts. Distributing memos, contracts, resumes, room requests, and amenities to relevant departments. Politely and professionally conversing with clients and responding to all inquiries. Filing and organizing copies of contracts and correspondence ensuring records are up to date. Reserving and confirming rooms, meeting space, and banquet space when necessary. Following sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program. Performing other duties as requested by management. Your background and skills include: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous hotel or sales experience preferred, but not required.
