Lincoln Medical Center is looking for an experienced Radiology Tech to join our Diagnostic Imaging department in a full-time Lead position.
The basic purpose of the Radiology Tech position is assist the Director in the daily operations of the Radiology Department in addition to transporting, preparing, and scanning patients for radiologic and CT testing. The Lead Tech will oversee the staffing schedule and holiday schedule for the department. The Lead Tech will assist with TJC preparation and survey, training and orienting of new employees, and other duties as assigned.
_*Essential Functions:*_
* Follows prescribed techniques in administering general and specific radiographs and CT.
* Assist in care and maintenance of facilities, equipment and supplies.
* Maintain exam rooms, patients' waiting room and work area in clean, orderly, and safe condition.
* Display superior interpersonal skills with patients and peers.
_*Radiology Tech Position Details:*_
* Full-time
* Day Shift
* Monday - Friday
_*Radiology Tech Qualifications and Skills:*_
* Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required
* 3 years of general radiography experience experience preferred
* ARRT registered in radiology required
* ARRT registered in CT preferred
* CPR certification required
Job Type: Full-time
