We are looking for *Desktop Support Engineers* to help us on a *flexible, ad hoc basis across London*.
This role is ideal for people who *work from home, freelance, or have spare time during weekdays* and can attend client sites when required. Work will be offered as and when needed.
*What You’ll Do*
* Visit client sites to provide *on-site desktop support*
* Fix issues with *Windows 10 / Windows 11 PCs and Apple Macs*
* Set up and troubleshoot *desktops, laptops, and basic peripherals*
* Help users with *day-to-day IT issues* (logins, software, general problems)
* Provide a friendly, professional service to end users
*What We’re Looking For*
* Solid experience in *desktop support*
* Strong knowledge of *Windows 10 & Windows 11*
* *Apple Mac experience is essential*
* Good general troubleshooting skills
* Able to work independently on-site
* Reliable and able to travel across London
