Use SQL and Databricks for data extraction, transformation, and analysis within the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract and transform data using Delta Lake and Databricks features Import and ingest data into the Databricks Lakehouse Perform ad-hoc and exploratory analysis using Databricks SQL and SQL Editor Build dashboards in Databricks SQL; uses Tableau for visualization when needed Manages data objects, tables, and views within the Databricks environment Participate in agile ceremonies like standups or refinements and collaborate with others on design, estimation and prioritization of user stories. Complete testing of data products in different environments as required. Work with business users, technical product managers or product owners, if required, to clarify business requirements. Complete any documentation required like the design of data products, process flows, testing or business requirements.
