A growing academic healthcare system in the Southeast is seeking a General ENT physician to join an established, community-based practice. This is a clinically focused, offering the opportunity to build and expand a high-demand practice with strong institutional support.
Position Highlights
- Bread-and-butter ENT with a broad case mix (adult & pediatric patients)
- High-growth opportunity supported by a strong referral base
- Balanced schedule with clinic, OR, and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) time
- Autonomy to build and scale own practice
- Backed by a large ENT network offering mentorship and collaboration
- Monday–Friday clinical work schedule
- Hospital call: ~7 days per month, call responsibilities include phone consults, inpatient coverage, and minor procedures
- Visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive base salary plus production (wRVU) model

Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Open to AMG and FMG candidates
- Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
- Open to all experience levels, including new graduates
- Interest in building a practice in a community setting
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and patient-focused
