The position of Director of Human Resources is to accommodate the coordination of all Human Resources responsibilities for Yuma District Hospital, including recruitment, compensation management, employee benefits, orientation, staff and workforce development, and policy development.
*Required Education and Experience:*
* Bachelors' degree in Business or Human Resources or related field OR equivalent work experience.
* Healthcare background preferred.
* Understanding of employment laws including ADA, FMLA, EEO, workers' compensation, and unemployment.
* Experience in supervising & training personnel.
* Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately in a wide variety of circumstances, both verbally and in writing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39.10 - $65.05 per hour
