As a Quality Technician, you’ll support production by ensuring labels and processes meet customer and MCC quality standards. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys detail‑focused work in a manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do Approve labels, materials, and processes prior to press runs Review and approve roll‑end retains from press operators Support color consistency documentation and data collection Assist with equipment calibration and internal audits Help maintain quality documentation and support improvement initiatives Work closely with production and quality teams
What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing or quality experience (printing a plus, not required) Ability to read measurement tools and pass a color hue test Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work independently Team‑oriented with solid communication skills
Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent use of hands and arms; close and color vision required #APPCAST
