Insurance Sales Agent (Remote)

We are an independent agency specializing in life, health, and wealth solutions, currently seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to work independently while leveraging a lead-based system with no cold calling required .
What You'll Do
* Connect with individuals who have requested information about coverage * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions * Guide clients through the application and underwriting process * Maintain relationships * Manage your own schedule and pipeline
What We Provide
* Pre-qualified, inbound leads (no cold outreach required) * Access to 40+ A-rated insurance carriers * Structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship * Remote work flexibility with full control of your schedule
Compensation
* 1099 independent contractor position * Commission-based (no base salary) * Average starting commission: ~$500 per issued policy * Part-time: ~$35K-$75K+ * Full-time: $100K+ potential (performance-based) * Bonuses and incentives available * No income caps

* Strong communication and people skills * Self-motivated with a high level of accountability * Comfortable working in a commission-based environment * Sales experience is a plus, but not required
