End-to-end shipping experience: You've taken products from zero to production, including the messy parts like migrations, rollouts, and on-call debugging.
Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking: You break down ambiguous problems, evaluate multiple approaches, and make well‑reasoned decisions under uncertainty.
AI‑augmented development: You actively use AI coding tools and LLM‑powered workflows to increase your throughput and quality. You understand where AI helps and where it doesn't.
Proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.js/TypeScript (we primarily use Python and TypeScript). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containers, and CI/CD.
Excellent communication: You can explain complex technical decisions to both engineers and non‑engineers clearly and concisely.
Nice to Have
Experience with IoT, embedded systems, or hardware-software integration. Background in access control, security, or proptech industries.
Experience building and deploying ML/AI features in production.
