This role brings the brand’s story to life through compelling, culturally relevant storytelling that reflects the brand’s mission, values, and performance standards.
Reporting into the Sr Creative Director, this role partners closely across marketing and key stakeholders to deliver content across owned and paid channels. How You Will Succeed: Creative Execution & End-to-End Content Development
Own the end-to-end creation of high-quality video, photography, graphics, audio, and light copy — from concept through final delivery — in support of marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, internal storytelling, and always‑on content.
Write, shoot, produce, and edit content as needed, while also directing and reviewing work produced by direct reports.
Translate brand priorities, seasonal campaigns, and product stories into clear, compelling content ideas and assets that scale across owned and paid channels.
Produce short- and long‑form content optimized for social, digital, retail, and emerging platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, and internal channels.
Adapt content across formats while maintaining consistency, attention to detail, and editorial quality.
Trend Monitoring, Social‑First Creation & Cultural Relevance
Actively monitor social platforms to identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and conversation shifts relevant to the brand.
Balance planned, campaign‑driven content with reactive, lo‑fi, social‑first storytelling that feels authentic, timely, and platform‑native.
Proactively pitch and develop repeatable, episodic content formats and ownable social franchises that drive recurring engagement and brand recognition.
Generate and present ideas that push creative boundaries, evolving existing formats and exploring new ways to express the brand through social content.
Ensure reactive content maintains brand voice, creative standards, and strategic alignment while moving at the speed of culture.
Video Craft & Production Excellence
Lead video storytelling across the full production and post‑production workflow, including editing, motion graphics, sound design, and fast‑turn execution.
Support photo and video productions by developing shot lists, assisting with on‑set coordination, and ensuring assets meet creative and brand standards.
Comfortably self‑direct social shoots, making real‑time creative decisions while maintaining brand standards and visual consistency.
Oversee production tools and equipment needs ensuring operational readiness and quality output.
Community Voice & Social Listening
Set the creative direction and tone for real‑time community engagement to ensure interactions feel human, culturally fluent, and on brand.
Partner with marketing and social teams (and external partners as needed) to guide engagement strategies that build brand love and credibility.
Support social listening initiatives by helping surface insights, trends, and audience feedback that inform future content, campaigns, and storytelling.
People Leadership & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports, fostering a collaborative, solutions‑oriented team culture.
Establish workflows, roles, and production processes that enable speed, clarity, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with senior creative leadership to translate vision and direction into executed content.
Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Media, PR, Growth, Retention, Sales, E‑commerce, Design, and Executive stakeholders to ensure content supports broader business objectives.
Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, freelancers, and external creators as needed, acting as a liaison between internal and external teams.
Performance, Optimization & Operations
Support video and audio advertising content in partnership with media team, including coordination around KPIs, analytics, and performance optimization.
Bring a data‑informed mindset to creative execution, using insights to refine storytelling and improve effectiveness.
Own and manage social and digital content in alignment with campaign priorities.
Maintain organized, accurate, and accessible content libraries and asset systems.
Stay current on social trends, content formats, platform best practices, and evolving storytelling approaches.
Innovation, AI & Creative Enablement

Use AI to support ideation, scripting, editing workflows, versioning, caption optimization, and performance analysis where appropriate.
Balance instinct, storytelling, and creative intuition with data, testing, and performance insights to inform content decisions.
Partner with team members who bring complementary strengths — blending right‑brain creativity with left‑brain structure, analytics, and optimization.
Stay current on emerging AI tools and creative technologies, helping the team adopt new capabilities responsibly and effectively.
