This is an SME with an outstanding track record, looking to grow their team. They are a thriving FMCG business, with lots of exciting NPD in the pipeline, looking for a truly energetic and passionate sales person to manage a strong set of existing accounts and also develop new business.

What will you do as a Sales Manager?
* Strengthen existing relationships with independents, gift shops, garden centres
* Drive new business through a well-planned strategy
* Support customers via in store support (POS, VM) and reporting
* Make compelling recommendations by understanding customer needs
* Be the face of the brand, with a genuine love for the product
What do you need?
* A love of being face to face with customers, building relationships and owning a territory
* Able to exceed targets and enjoys a fast paced workload
* Good negotiation skills and some commercial acumen
* An exciting and consultative selling style
* A true get up and go mentality
