About the role We're looking for a talented
Digital Content & Design Manager
to lead the creation, management and optimisation of digital content across our internal channels, with a core focus on colleague engagement. This is a highly creative, hands‑on role where you'll shape how we connect with

MyCompass powered by WorkJam . Reporting into the Director of Employee Engagement and Client Communications, you'll work closely with Communications, HR, Marketing and operational teams to deliver impactful storytelling, compelling design and engaging digital experiences.
What you'll be doing:
Own and deliver a digital content strategy that drives engagement across MyCompass powered by WorkJam Plan and manage a cross‑channel content calendar, bringing together news, campaigns, colleague stories and business updates Create high‑quality digital content including graphics, video, motion graphics, animations, presentations and interactive posts Lead creative projects end‑to‑end, from concept through to delivery Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content aligns to Compass brand guidelines and tone of voice Manage and optimise content delivery using analytics and insight to continuously improve engagement Collaborate with HR, Communications, Operations, DE&I, Sustainability and sector teams to bring colleague initiatives to life Support senior leaders with digital materials, presentations and updates Champion innovation and best practice in digital engagement across the organisation
About you: You're a creative digital professional who understands how powerful content can drive connection, engagement and culture at scale. You'll bring: Experience creating and managing digital content for internal communications or employee engagement platforms Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects) A solid understanding of digital storytelling, UX principles and engagement best practice Experience delivering content for large, dispersed or frontline workforces Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across a matrixed organisation The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and work at pace Desirable: Experience in large, operational or frontline‑led organisations Experience using analytics, CMS or digital communication platforms Strong writing or editing capability across different audiences Why join us
