Responsibilities
Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, including data visualization and mining tools.
Develop and implement data collection systems, analytics, and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases or data systems.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Filter and clean data by reviewing and leveraging performance indicators to locate and analyze anomalies.
Work with management to recommend and prioritize business and information needs and identify new process improvement opportunities based on data analyses.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
U.S. citizenship required.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
Minimum of 3 years of data analytics experience.
Proficiency with Tableau, Python, R, ACL, PowerBI, MATLAB.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Solutions‑focused mindset – ability to develop, articulate, and implement solutions.
Impact & influence thinking – ability to gain support for ideas and motivate action without formal authority.
Preferred Experience
Identify gaps in improper payment data collection processes.
Provide analysis and recommendations to improve data collection, review, and modeling effectiveness.
Develop controls to ensure data quality and completeness.
Evaluate and recommend organization structure, methods, and procedures.

Compensation In compliance with pay‑transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $98,000.00.
